Atlantic offer a very personalised, friendly service. We now have: future- proofed, broadband- based telephones; improving wifi; and are paying less for our MS licences. Atlantic offer remote support and will also visit onsite. They have already fixed a number of niggling computer issues for us. Even though Atlantic are based some distance away the service feels local and available. Taking both Telecoms and IT support aspects from Atlantic will result overtime in a significant saving relative to our historic outlay. I am very pleased with how the relationship is developing in stark contrast to what went before."
